  • On-site registration - $35.00

  2. No registrations will be accepted through the mail after March 20, 2006.
  3. Purchase orders and faxed forms will not be accepted.
  4. Refunds cannot be processed after March 30, 2006.
  5. Registration fee includes conference materials. Early registration includes lunch.
  6. Confirmation letters will not be mailed.
