The Irving Advisory Committee on Disabilities will host a free Disability Expo from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 11 at the Heritage Senior Center, 200 S. Jefferson St.

Approximately 50 exhibitors will be represented at the expo, which aims to improve the health and wellbeing of the community by highlighting services from local, county, state and federal agencies that serve area residents with disabilities. 

Irving Advisory Committee on Disabilities Chairperson Mary Tatro said, “The expo is a wonderful opportunity for residents to learn more about the services available to the disabled.”
